Location was excellent, close to major attractions and public transport. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was in good condition.
The hotel needs a lot of renovations, it looks old and outdated. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor timing.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is just a short walk from the train station. This makes it easy to find, especially when carrying luggage. it is right next to the main vaporetto stop, providing easy access to explore Venice.
One drawback of the hotel is that the wifi cannot be used throughout the stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and cafes. It is also close to the main bus station and ferry stop, making it convenient to explore all the central sights. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities, including air conditioning in the rooms, are provided. The breakfast, although with less items included, is served and provides a good start to the day.
The only minor downside was the very small bathroom, which may bother some people.

We loved the hotel's location, just a short walk from the train station, and surrounded by lots of nice restaurants. It was very convenient for transportation. The staff was friendly and gave us great suggestions for places to visit. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

Excellent location near the train station and water bus stops. The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the helpful staff and their tourist advice. The breakfast, although basic, was sufficient. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.
